Well over a hour late!!!!!! Barely warmed when it did arrive. Cancelling a order with just eat is virtually non existent. Just eat can suck one from now on

The restaurant no longer serves milkshakes which just eat has failed to take off the menu. So I ordered a milkshake and was charged for it but, no milkshake arrived. Called the restaurant who said Just Ejumshould have taken off and it down to them to provide a refund. Still waiting for my refund.

Large fries ordered and only half full. Burger was freezing and waited over an hour for delivery. The driver clearly made several stops on the way.

Food took over 1hr 30mins to arrive. Unable to cancel order as driver allocated but restaurant confirmed food left waiting on counter for over an hour. Always the same with Just Eat, no customer service option either.
