My food was missing things / was not what I ordered ,when calling the restaurant told me to sort it via just eat which I understand but it would've been easier for the consumer to have been sent the proper item after reporting

The food was freezing cold when it arrived and my daughters fries were missing. The burgers, aside from being freezing cold, looked like they’d been shot out of a cannon. They were all over the place. We usually love Burger King as a treat, so this was very disappointing. We were unable to eat the food, with items missing and how messy the burgers were. Admittedly, we could have reheated, but they were too messy to even get out of the packaging properly.
