The food took 2 hours and 20 minutes and was clearly made at time of order. Just eat refused to refund despite no courier being at restaurant so food shouldn’t have been started

missing 3x8 hoaloumi fries and ask for no mayo on the chicken royal and it was on there when it got delivered I am very unhappy with the service.

I'm absolutely fed up of getting the wrong order. Or the order messed up somehow. If you have the choice to leave something off when you order it why is to hard to do that? I personally haven't had a correct meal delivered yet. And I've yet to have a cold coke or hot fries.
