I don’t drink Diet Coke, dying with a hangover just wanted a coke and a Fanta and they just send out 2 Diet Cokes instead without even asking. Should not be accepting orders if they don’t have the correct items . Pathetic

Food was delivered. Not my order. Tried to ring the customer whose order it was but no answer (his ticket was attached to bag - DPA BREACH?). Shop refused to get correct order sent out and claimed food was in shop. But that it couldn't be sent out. Only discovered this when phoned the shop back to confirm it was coming (because she sounded so vague when initially agreeing to get food delivered). Nobody was going to let me know the order wasn't going to come at all. Extremely rude and unhelpful shift manager refused to give her name. 0 customer service. 0 food received. Extremely poor service and attitude appalling. Please don't scream down the phone at people when they have phoned to advise wrong order received - it isn't the customers fault. 40.00 down and now need to reorder. Not easy to find additional 40.00 in these times :(
