I ordered a chicken biryani, what I received was rice with dry chicken. It was awful, there was no vegetables or sauce! It went straight to the bin.

Sorry to hear that you didn’t like the biryani. There’re different ways of cooking biryani with different recipes to follow. We follow Pakistani recipe & since it’s boneless chicken it’s not too saucy but surely it wasn’t dry chicken with rice as we never heard that feedback from any of our customer in past year. However, feedback always helps us to improve. We will work on it. Apologies once again.

Food tasted good, good portion sizes, hot and in delivered in good time. Good service and communication. Small item I ordered wasn't available and someone called to offer alternative.
