App says food here and hasn’t arivied yet

While the food was delivered 'on time' it had obviously been cooked for a while before being sent because it was cold. With all the time it was sat there, I'm amazed that nobody checked to see if it was correct because the wings were wrong and there was no bacon on my burger. I'd have discussed this on the phone rather than posting a review but you didn't answer the phone, twice.

Real shame as usually this place is awesome, but tonight delivery was very late & burger is cold. No answer when calling to find out where my order was, automatically cut off after 10 rings. Won't use again at the weekend, very disappointed 😞

They never received the order from you after speaking to the restaurant it was 100% your fault

Really happy with the food, food was hot on arrival. Packaged well. Currently saving some more wings for round 2! Will defo order again.

Terrible value for money, ordered the double cluckin chicken burger and it only consisted of 3 chicken strips. Very expensive for what it is.

Amazing food! Loved it! Burgers were superb! Only feedback would be to add a plain fries option as we would have preferred that to salted/garlic.

Food was cold , chips smelt off like they were re put in a fryer from fatty oils 🤮 and burger was cold couldn’t eat it chicken was over done and then rang up and said about we have waited over an hour for food and get told sorry there lack of drivers :/ I want a refund !! Won’t be ordering again

The restaurant was very accommodating to my order and literally went above and beyond, food was excellent quality

Arrived earlier than expected. But Over cooked/dry and completely cold had hoped for a treat as spent abit more too get from here. Very disapointing unlikely to try again

Absolutely awful, ordered at 19:20 half an hour later I got an update saying it was on its way it’s now 21:00 and nothing has arrived yet it says delivered on my app, have tried phoning the restaurant 10 times and no answer! Have now had to order food from elsewhere! Don’t order from here you won’t receive your food and your money will be taken!

Still not arrived…

The app says it's been delivered an hour ago, called the restaurant, said there's been a mix up and my food is gonna be out in 10 minutes. It's been 25 minutes after that conversation and still no sign of my order.
