ordered pizza and sandwich with chips the sandwich and chips still had some heat but the pizza was stone cold which tells me they premade the pizza and sent it out or they messed up the timing completely and left the pizza to stand which explains whit it took 1.5 hrs to be delivered

We had a missing main and the restaurant wanted us to place another order before they would deliver it even though they admitted it was their error!
