Overall poor experience: crayfish & avocado wrap included rock-hard avocado pieces, chicken milanese seemed to come in a panini rather than the focaccia selected (and paid for), and they totally missed out the chips (but not the charge for them).

Waiting over an hour and a half for delivery, food soggy, had to walk to the next office as the driver sat there for 5 minutes and said they could find the big royal mail office next door to where they were. Extremely unhappy
