Courier was useless because he would not follow delivery instructions due to the fact that I live in sheltered accommodation.front door bell must be rung and must be brought to my flat

Michael, Unfortunately the deivery driver is a employee of Just Eat and they get paid 30% of the total sale for providing a delivery driver and the sales platform. This was one of the issues we were scared of when launching home There should be a separate platform for reviews that are the fault of Just Eat and it's delivery drivers I will report this to Just eat as a 2.5 star review reflects on our Buisness when it clearly should not due to no fault of ours. Sorry for your disappointment.
