Nero replaced the mince pie and mousse cake I ordered with a useless loyalty card instead. Pretty poor handling. They should have called to let me know so I could replace the items with something else but they didnt

Everytime I ordered from boucher road Nero they do not send the gingerbread men. I order from here as a treat for my young children who are left disappointed when their treat doesn't arrive

They sent me 3 substitutes as they ran out of crossionts however I am allergic to raspberry therefore cannot eat the other two pastries. Wish they had of called me prior as I have spent the money
