Should be 0 stars, every time i order here, i have a problem, wether it’s me ordering vegan items and then substituting them with cheese, cancelling my order and refusing a refund claiming i cancelled or them sending every single item incorrect!!!

I have ordered from here a few times and each time there has been items missing. They do give you sorry cards that you can use to get a free drink in store this is a good touch and I get a refund on the missing items from just eat. But as in my case if you are looking for food and it does not turn up it might be better to just update the just eat menu to say the item is not in stock like other places do. Hope this sets expectations for others to be careful when ordering food when hungry.
