Food turned up much later than the initial quote .In time for the revised 30minute later quote. Only half thefood arrived. I was charged for all of it, Phone is not answered even if you leave itringing for 5minutes.

Love cafe Nero but sadly today for the 1st time wasn't happy. The driver on the map appeared to sit outside of the restaurant for 10 mins before setting off with our food . Food was cold arriving later than it should have done but also the restaurant staff put the hot sandwiches in same bag with two iced latte drinks. I think with that combined & the driving sitting for 10 mins outside restaurant it wasn't a good experience today. I always give 5 stars but today I hope was just a one off.
