Ordered a classic iced frappe with salted caramel and pistachio syrup. I've never had this the way I received it. I also paid for Whipped cream which I didn't receive. No straw to drink what is essentially a milkshake.

Rubbish service! Half filled coffees and didn’t send the right food. Avoid this Nero and use Finchley instead if it’s local to you.
