Order didn’t arrive, don't know what Just Eat and Café Nero are doing worst delivery app, worst Café place won't ever be ordering from either again. Avoid like the plague.

Whole order was wrong. Items were clearly leftovers. Not one of the 5x items was correct. Very disappointed - have requested refund. Would have preferred being contacted as I could have cancelled whole order.

Ordered a caramel latte and it was disgusting! The latte has been oversteamed and burnt the milk, I also paid for syrup and there is no syrup at all! I would expect this from other commercial coffee chains but not Nero.
