The iced velvet americano doesn't travel well - might as well have been a simple iced Americano. Still tasted good, just didn't get the creamy texture. So save 80p and just order the iced americano.

Ordered Pain aux raisins - received pain au chocolate instead. Also ordered Carrot Cake - not received. No contact from restaurant to advise of substitution or non-availability of products, not great.

Some of my order was out of stock and so they phoned me to offer me alternatives. They also added a fully stamped card for the inconvenience, so I could get a free coffee next time I was in store - such good customer service and a welcome gesture.
