unbelievable! Wrong Items derived. Order was late. Food was cold. I am never ordering from here again as this has happed 3 or 4 times in a row.

Two lattes and one was fine and the other was just milk with a splash of coffee. Disappointing as I could have done better.

I didn’t get my white chocolate mocha as ordered! I got sent two honey oat lattes (as I only needed one of these), so not too happy I didn’t get my drink as ordered. Not sure HOW I got two of the same drinks, but I would expect for this to NOT happen again. I had a similar issue with the Bromley Glades branch of Caffè Nero last week too!
