Ive been ordering lots and was not paying delivery fee on orders over £10 you have changed this to £15 with just eat plus as my orders are invariably under £15 i wont be using you again sorry.

I ordered my food roughly at 3:45pm and it has only just arrived at 6pm, it was a coffee which has milk in it and 2 buns with cream which also are dairy, I rang the restaurant around 5:30 asking why my order was taking nearly 2 hours she said it’s been waiting ready to be picked up so my iced coffee will have melted and my buns with cream have been sat out for 2 hours before being picked up, I am not happy with the delivery time or the quality of my food and coffee, I would like a refund.

the coffee had spilt damaging croissant but the courier took time to show me and make sure all other items were OK. A star to courier.
