panini was cold, the cheese ws not even melted and the tomatoes was hard, went in the bin. the sausage roll had a funny taste. the rest was great!

Very bad… drink came spilled in the bag .. they need to find a better way of take away cups… putting two lids is just not working, I’m pay for a half cup of hot chocolate!

First time ordering from this Nero and was very disappointed. It took a really long time, they didn't send the coffees ordered and the food was all completely cold by the time it arrived. Please do better next time. At least inform people ahead of time if you can't fulfil the whole order!
