Excellent and friendly customer service, I received a phone call to replace an item that was not available. The coffee and food were still hot and the delivery person was professional. No issues at all. Thank you Caffè Nero.

Simply left a note that they don't have what I ordered and delivered just drinks. And they charged for that food that was "out". Also there is no refund option and that sucks. How can they charge me for 2 meals without having it in the first place?
