The latte was cold. How is that possible???? It literally is made with hot milk and the delivery is 5 minutes away. Absolutely fuming. £4 for a mess of a coffee

The coffees were terrible. They tasted like water and were missing the caramel syrup. This is not the first time they left out the syrup.
