They left out one cup of white coffee in their breakfast deal. I was and am disappointed. After all quality and delivery time was good but if you don't have what you ordered then what's good for? By right they should deliver a cup of coffee or refund me

Great hot coffee with a really nice foam ontop. The cinnamon bun was excellent. I will definitely be ordering this again

Ordered latte and panini, which arrived on time but cold. Coffee lid not closed properly and spillage everywhere. Latte cup was half full too. Made several orders from this nero over the last few months and same story. They don’t pick up the call. Waste of time, money and food. Avoid.

Order was missing an item, this isn’t the first time this has happened either. Also no straw given when the coffee lid given required a straw to use. Disappointed today
