delivery was okay, food when it got here was cold, same for my mum’s order.

Spent 10 minutes walking around trying to finder 'driver' as he could not explain to me where he was. Despite me having exact location pinned on just eat (work site with 4 entrances). Eventually found the driver on a push bike with a backpack. Drinks were spilt, lids not on properly, sugar sachets were inside the cups. Paper bag disintegrated due to spillage. By the time we got everything cleaned up, the coffee that were left in the cups were cold.

They gave me the wrong order. I asked for iced honey oat latte, but they gave me a hot one instead and I am very angry. Please fix this issue ASAP
