missing parts of my order, coffee was too bitter, panini not toasted enough and all soggy

Took 1h 45 minutes, cafe is 2.3 miles away. When it arrived, bacon rolls was overcooked, slightly burnt and too chewy to bite in to. Appalling service. How can a bacon roll take almost 2 hours. they should intervene when it's this bad. Had to bin .

have always loved the orders, but today the ham and cheese croissant arrived burnt and black. Not edible so unfortunately was thrown in the bin
