I ordered from here and they got my order wrong AGAIN.. 3 times in a row!!

Caffè Nero, 2 days in a row, got my order wrong (missing items). I ordered 2x Pain Au Chocolat and only received one in both, yesterday's order and today's order. I haven't received a refund and have caused such inconvenience. You should read the order properly and look at the 'quantity ' section when packing orders!!

My order’s first estimated arrival was 13.10 - 13.20 which kept extending over an hour. The food was in preparing status for more than one hour and finally delivered at 14.35.
