The lids on top of the drinks were not secure so they leaked. The store swapped an item they didn’t have for a donut with nuts on which I can’t have.

Great customer service. One of the products I ordered wasn’t available so they called to ask if I wanted a substitute or a refund. They also provided a free drink voucher, and a free snack which was very kind.

Ordered and was told my order was on its way really quickly which I thought was great... For it to show as delivered 10 mins later, it never turned up. Rang the store who said the order hadn't left store and to get a refund and then repurchase my order!
