Half of order missing . Called cake glory but they told me to create another order so they can adjust amount. No refund issued for missing products so far. Your product quality is good, bad customer service is getting you down.

excellent service and superb quality. My one question though : you have such a lovely variety of cake slices and cupcakes, why don't you list them all on just eat to give us more choice.

Excellent experience with Cake Glory. The food and customer services is superb and they send extra pastries with order . The quality is exceptional. Super fresh cakes you can't find easily elsewhere. They are not overly sweet and have the right amount of flavor. Even in my last order, the issue was not with food quality or freshness as thats always spot on at cake glory. It's a human error that happened with the delivery of food items and cake glory went all the way to turn our experience into a happy and good one again. Thank you and we will be a regular customer from now onwards.

Cake Glory has exceptionally delicious variety of cakes. So much to choose from and very interesting flavours, very different from other cake places. I am so happy to discover this cake shop! It is going to be my go to from now on. Highly recommend this. Also their customer service is great!

Ordered two chocolate pastries but only 1 was send. The store closed just after my order delivery, so no one to talk to. Not happy as 3.99 was charged for 2nd chocolate pastry but product not send by them . Pineapple pastry was delivered as per order .
