My food was cold I don’t know whether that was their fault or the delivery guys but you guys gave me cold food that’s not okay and it’s not the first time . 8 want a refund

Good quality is amazing! Unfortunately I received my food cold, as the driver took 45 mins more to deliver my food, I also spoke with the restaurant and they didn’t know why the driver wasn’t coming yet. I hope just eat will refund me as it isn’t fair at all

Eveything was good but the suya 9 pounds suya look like it was microwave, not flavor just burnt was very upset by this... The pounded yam all soup was all good excellent... But if u cabt make something just leave it that's was a messed up suya I will. Like a refund if possible

The food here is amazing. I was happy with everything however the delivering timing is appalling which is a shame. But would order again anyway. Just gotta eat beforehand lol

I want my money back for this order! This is appalling behaviour I’m waiting outside for over an hour and your online tracking service is saying that it’s lost signal with the driver. I called the restaurant for the lady to tell me that the order was returned 2 hours later in a mess! What is the meaning of this type of appalling behaviour from your drivers?!

Bad service and bad manners of approach to customers , being rude
Calabar Zone replied sir , I gave you more than enough food for compensation when you came. The stuff I you chose was more expensive than your original order and I gave you all of this to please you as a customer and I also kept apologising to you. Just because I didn’t cook white rice for you 10 minutes before my closing, as I don’t cook in the shop anyways you cant say I’m rude. It’s my shop policy I do not cook in the shop. You’re the first person to call me rude. I am a very friendly person and everyone can agree. Just because you did not get what you want which was a portion of white rice does not mean I’m bad mannered. You kept shouting at me and I still apologised multiple times as you are a customer.

I ordered jollof rice with beef and plantain, 1 meat pie and 3 puff puff. I was delivered a portion of white rice, 1 dry fried fish tail and a portion of pounded yam. No order cancellation, no phone call to say they didn’t have what I originally ordered and no common cutesy to send me food that can actually be eaten together as a meal. I will never in my life make the mistake of ordering here again. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The food was not packaged well and the oil from all the plates spilled over. In the future please wrap the plates tightly with cling film or foil to prevent this.
Calabar Zone replied sorry to hear this, when I give the food to the drivers everything is clean. I always remind the drivers to pack to the food properly before driving off.
