Hi Sarah, We are so so sorry! The driver pressed order completed before even picking up the food. Just eat then couldn't send a different driver as the order was put as complete/ delivered when it wasn't even picked up! I have put through a refund request through the partner center and they shall get back to you in 48 hours. I’m so sorry for this mess but its was completely out of our hands. Your order was ready for collection from us on order request, Just Eat have let us down. Once again we are so sorry for the mess up

lobster tail and pinxs were dry so couldn't eat them. I assumed that crab flake was actually white crab flake but was seafood sticks. not as advertised. waited an hour aswell. won't be ordering again

I’m sorry you was disappointed with your order. I can’t understand why the Pinx and tails were dry as they were fresh on this morning, but can only apologise. Crab flake is what it’s known as in the industry so that’s my mistake and have altered the description. Please except my apologies. Regards Ian
