Munchy box was cold and soggy… went straight in the bin, rest of food was overcooked

Ordered @ 6.20pm & was notified my delivery had arrived @ 7.35pm but I didn't receive it so called shop & was informed it hadn't even left the shop an hour & 15mins after I had ordered it so disappointed in this & would like a full refund !!!!
