I pre-ordered my food for 6, I rang about 6.20, the lady was lovely and apologised for lack of drivers, and the customer service from her was great. Wish there was a way to let customers know earlier about delays such as driver shortages. The food was lovely and I would still order from here, maybe the app needs looking at so there's a way to inform customers sooner on delays.
