2 hours late, pizza was stone cold and I called them 3 times to chase my order. They have a free can of coke with my order which was appreciated but did not make up for the errors.

I ordered the meat lovers pizza presuming that it would have meat on it, but it only had the extra pepperoni I'd paid for and nothing else, when I rang them to query what was normally on their meat lovers pizza they were dismissive and impolite.

I get it's a bank holiday but 2 and a half hours is a joke. 2 kids got school tomorrow and ended up cooking for them as took so long to arrive spent a lot of money on pizza and now in the fridge as had to end up cooking fuming. To keep getting told it's on it's way to ring the restaurant to find out it hadn't even been cooked or left.

Food just didn’t turn up when they were called because by this point food was 1hr 30mins late the boy on the other end was very rude and hung up the phone I will never be ordering from this place again!!

The food wasn’t very nice. The Jalapeño poppers were tasteless. The crust was too thick and was supposed to be thin. I won’t order again.

Pizza ordered was not upto the mark. Toppings were very few and pizza was warm but definitely not freshly made and lot of tomato sauce was put in. I have ordered previously Caprino pizzas which were always fresh and tasty.

I used to be a fan of their pizzas but not anymore. I had an xl make your own with extra toppings. The toppings were sparse, just lots of cheese. I think they used the same quantity as for a small one. Not to mention they forgot the extra dips I paid for. Never again.
