Spaghetti carbonara with about 5 small pieces of bacon. Very disappointed with the lack of bacon in this order. Not good value for money at all

I paid £19.98 for 2 spaghetti carbonara, which I’ve had in store before and is delicious. BUT when I ordered a delivery we were given 2 small boxes with a small handful of pasta - for £9.99 each. Seriously Carlitos, sort it out! These were just about child size portions. We got a big bowl when we ate in store and I’m actually really angry that you sent me what you did and had the audacity to charge me £19.98. Disgraceful and will not be ordering again.

Delivered the food to the wrong address. The nice guys at the wrong address contacted the restaurant. Who said there's nothing they could do about it. So they dropped it round instead. Poor service first and last time I order from them. Very unprofessional..

Delivery driver ignorant and very rude when came to door.

Delivered on time, although by the time the food got here, it was lukewarm. I ordered two appetisers and a portion of chips, was expecting slightly bigger portions as we would normally sit in the restaurant and get a more substantial size. Over all enjoyed the food but not worth the money when it comes to delivery service. Would rather sit in the restaurant next time.
