The lasagne was so dry and the pasta was so hard, that it cut my gum, making it bleed.

The plate menu was disappointing, because I didn't understand the menu and expected bread/toast with it. but the calamari were excellent.
Hot food delivered quickly. Portion size disappointing. Not great value for money but tasty.
Now my third experience of Carluccio, it has gone from 5* to 1*. Very sad. One item was missing. the focaccia portion had shrunk to about one quarter of its original size. The beef pasta dish only contained a trace of beef, contrasted with an earlier order of the same dish. Won't order from here again.
