Subject: Request for Refund Due to Unacceptable Food Quality I recently placed an order with your restaurant, Chai Master, for a sandwich and fries. While I was understanding of the slight delay in delivery, the quality of the food I received was entirely unacceptable. Both items were cold upon arrival, which rendered them tasteless. The sandwich had a foul odor, making it inedible, and the fries were completely unappetizing due to their cold state. I had chosen to order breakfast from your restaurant as I am currently dealing with health issues that prevent me from cooking, expecting a healthy and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, consuming the food led to severe discomfort—I vomited twice and have been experiencing a headache since. This experience has caused significant distress and was far from the quality I expect when paying for a meal. I kindly request a full refund for this order. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to take stricter action against your establishment to ensure accountability. I hope to hear back from you soon with a resolution. Sincerely,

i was very pleased with the customer service, i accidentally left a note about seperate sauce for chips....but they included them anyway! Shows they read the notes. Great food and service
