Thursday 11 July 2024Ordered cheese bites but the store found they were short of stock. Received a phone call to let me know and choose an alternative item. When the food arrived, not only had they given me the alternative but also the 3 cheese bites I originally ordered! Charlies always delivers super quick, food is always hot, and I can't describe just how good the chips are! Great price too and never had a missing or wrong item in the year we have used them! Definitely a family favourite

Wednesday 19 June 2024had an issue with the pizza toppings that had slid of the pizza in transit but they replaced the pizza straight away and it was delicious like usual. great customer service and lovely food.
