Really unhappy with my order, and super gutted £64. I sort of expect quick hot food. the time of delivery changed from half an hour to an hour and a half. which I wouldn't be bothered giving its s saturday and the weather is horrible. but the food was freezing. im unsure of the pastries should be cold. but the wraps were cold and dry. and a steak pie was missing. 1 hour and half delivery, cold food and missing item.

Only half of the order arrived and after a telephone call the Chatwins and being told the order would be redelivered I called back 45mins later to check the remaining order had been sent out to be told no go through just eat for a refund. Unhelpful to say the least
