The delivery of the food took 2 hours to arrive. Absolutely unacceptable! I spoke to Fatima at the restaurant who was also waiting for the driver to arrive at the restaurant. There are no contact number to speak to anyone at Justeat. Awful service

Food was under comment ,so spicy no explanation of what in soup with wired taste, noodles so spicy so you can’t eat .

I did not receive the prawn crackers as mentioned in the order and I was charged extra for service charge compared to last time which was very disappointing. Plus no sauce came with the meal like last time. Just eat adds extra charges to food online hence it’s more expensive to order online just eat than if you were to order in shop
