I ordered a big order and they forgot to send an item from the order- i rang the restaurant at 8.46pm to say the had forgotten it- they said they would send it- 9.23pm still item so I rang back got told the had no driver and was struggling but the man on the phone was rude and unhelpful- 9.46pm an hour after the other items had been delivered still no item so I put on a refund request! absolutely shocking customer service and the food wasn't great that we did receive! Will never order again!

No milkshake in order. Delivery man said he would get me a fresh one and bring back in 15 mins, never came. Ordered a can of sprite brought pepsi. Ordered chicken naan with no salad came with shredded salad all over it. Chips were cold too.

First time ordering from here and I got the chicken loaded fries. Don’t get them if you don’t like jalapeños & chilli sauce as they don’t tell you this on the menu
