20 minutes late and the potatoes were cold, wet, pale and stodgy. Clearly hadn't been cooked properly. It's a shame because the wraps and bowls are usually good.

food was delayed. the time kept on being extended. called the store over and over and was always engaged. when the order did arrive food was cold. poor service.
