Terrible service 2nd time I’ve used app and 2nd time I’ve had issues today only got 1/2 the order and driver refused to go back for the other 1/2 won’t be using again

Previous breakfast was great quality but unfortunately on this occasion it was very disappointing. Bacon was overdone and tasted like it had been barbecued, sausages overdone, poached eggs were hard and a tiny portion of mushrooms that tasted like they were tinned. No comparison to previous breakfast.

We always love ordering here. It’s like eating out at a restaurant at home. Food is always amazing, hot and as I’d expect if I were at the venue.

First time ordering from here, I had the roast dinner with extras, yes it was expensive, but the food was absolutely delicious, I don't mind paying more for quality, and it was one of the nicest meals I've had in a while.

replaced part of my order with cold hard overdone fries. orderd cheese garlic bread and received stone cold hard normal garlic bread. Pie was soggy. Will not be ordering again and the price they charge I expect so much better. its an absolute rip off

We have ordered the breakfast from chimneys before and it was amazing. It’s our anniversary and hubby has covid so we thought we would have a special breakfast as he’s not well enough to go out. Last time we had for toast soda bread which was amazing and this time nearly toasted brown bread ( which was the end) and the 2 of the 4 sausage were so burnt we could eat them or get a knife through. Very disappointing, because last time was so delicious
