Food looked alright but we ordered chicken and duck with barbecue sauce and we received a flavourless odd smelling red sauce on it instead. Two of our fortune cookies were stale as well. A bit disappointed and will be ringing up later to ask about this “mix up”.

Our food tasted like it had a whole bottle of vinegar poured in it. Absolutely awful. Quick delivery but would rather it have taken longer and the food be edible...
Chinese Wok St Austell replied u only had sweet and sour sauce that had vinegar in it,nothing else with vinegar in it out off 8 items not really a helpful comment is it? so u mean sweet and sour sauce was vinegar not your food,if u took any notice thats how sweet and sour sauce made.

The food arrived not hot just warm which means the sauce in the chicken curry was already congealed

Ordered our meal. Everything was confirmed and was given an expected delivery time. All good at this point. Delivery time slot came and went - no meal delivered. So we called and we’re told it was done. The man at the restaurant told us he would speak with the delivery guy and get back to us. He never did and our meal had still not been delivered. I attempted to call back numerous time, to then be greeted by an automated message as the restaurant had closed. Best thing about it all is when you check on the progress of the order online, it says it was delivered! Would love to know where as we did not receive it! Awful customer service received. If I could give zero stars I would. We made an official complaint to Just Eat and have received our refund. We will not be using this place again.
