Food arrived 2 hours after ordering and was cold when received. It also wasn’t what was ordered and had no flavour at all. Chips were also cold and dry.

Food nothing like described or shown on menu. Disappointing and expensive. Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery which would have been forgiven if the food had of been good. Will not be ordering again

Order was over an hour late. One item was not made so was given money back. The item they had cooked they forgot drink and prawn crackers so the driver had to go back to get it resulting in more delay. Taste of food was completely different to how it’s usually made (I order this particular dish all the time). Iv ordered from these guys before and would say I’m a regular costumer , and todays service was abysmal.

Food is beautiful and hot however they got my order wrong I got ramen instead of my Dan Dan noodles, but they did replace the items that didn’t arrive and at a speedy pace. Thank you.

Ordered at 7:30 They gave estimate time is 9:50 Phone line closed tried ringing to see what’s happening but calls did not go through And it’s 10:00 still waiting…….

Service was very bad, the food took almost 2 hours. The individual I spoke to over the phone was rude and had no sense of how to speak to people. And unhappy with cold food. Honestly disgusted

Food turned up 40-45 mins past the expected delivery time. Food was cold when arrived, chips were over cooked. With the meal was supposed to get prawn crackers which were missing. Called the restaurant to check on order 10 mins after estimated delivery time passed, only to be told the food was ‘nearly made’ that was after an hour of initially placing an order. Poor service from the restaurant, lost a customer for sure and more will follow!

Took an hour and 20mins to arrive, food wasn't that great. Chicken was chewy in the wok box and noodles were mushy. Spring rolls and gyoza were OK but they didn't give us the dips so pretty dry.

My go-to place to order from! Really fast delivery every time. The noodles are always flavourful and hot. I never have any issues. Highly recommend!
