Placed order at 4.36pm and got a notification telling us to expect delivery at 5.20. This kept being revised until the food eventually arrived at 6.55pm so more than 90 minutes late. From what I've seen of Chopstix the food is just sitting there under the lights and gets dolloped into a container when the order is placed so I'm not sure what the extra 90 minutes was for. The kids liked the food but by the time it came I think they would have been happy to start eating the sofa cushions.

Neither of the dips that I requested were given and were replaced with ones that I don't want, and my extra portion of beef consists of 2 slices and a flood of sauce. Not good for having to pay £4.40 for the extra portion and not getting it properly.

Order placed at 1255. Supposed order delivered at 1422. Here we are at 1526 and still no order. Highly recommend giving this place a miss. No idea if their food is of any quality, but there service is atrocious. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I won't be using this establishment again , although the main meal was nice the apple pie rolls were severely burnt black , brick hard & impossible to consume , the member of staff putting them into my order for delivery MUST have seen they were inedible but sent them to me anyway , it's that lack of care that puts me off from ordering anything from them again so i won't be .
