Saturday 31 August 2024Cristofs used to be so good at reading order notes. Not so much anymore. Bacon is always crispy which isn’t to my liking even after leaving a note.

Thanks for feeding back laura. I am disappointed to be reading your review. Firstly apologies as giving customers their food in the way they ask for it is very important to me/us. When an order is placed it is firstly all written down on the sandwich bags and we cook/make based on the bag. I have spoken to the member of staff that wrote yours today and she said she wrote 'MWD Bacon'. That to me means 'Medium or Lightly Well Done Bacon'. You instructions was clear and the bag should have said 'LDB' which to the person cooking your food means 'Lightly Done Bacon'. Apologies we did not follow your instruction or it was misunderstood and if you do order again, please call me before ordering and I will put this right for you. Thanks Chris.
