Really disappointed. The Tandoori Wrap is usually delicious, loads and loads of succulent chicken, x2 nice big soft wraps, it’s usually amazing - this time it was AWFUL! Only x1 dry shiny small wrap, a few scraps of overcooked chicken, it was terrible! I appreciate times are tight, prices are rising BUT I’d rather pay a little more for the quality than be charged the same price for something that is substandard. The pizzas were naff too, hardly any topping and they weren’t hot. Cleos used to be our go to in Guisborough but this has really put us off. Not good at all.

What's happening here?? Shrinkflation? Every time I've ordered this wrap, it's been crammed with beautifully flavoured and grilled chicken tenders with 2 excellent wraps keeping it all together. Tonight's offering, half the size but the same price.... Very disappointing. Also, the chips are different, but not better.

Lovely burgers, salad, chips, and curly fries, but leave off the wedges. Lukewarm hard to eat, not crispy, cooked, or even fried to perfection. Tuna salad very poor amount of tuna given but bucket loads of salad. Tuna dry too. Still not bad place to go, always quick with good results knowing your order.
