if the store doesn't have what you have ordered and it's not showing as unavailable, I believe the refund should be processed straight away and recredited to your just eat account so you can order other things, instead of waiting up to 5 days for a refund

I had a frustrating experience with my recent delivery. (This is the 3rd time) The driver informed me that only part of my order had arrived and that another person was on their way with the rest. After waiting for over an hour, the second half of my order never showed up. To make matters worse, the app incorrectly marked my order as fully delivered. This was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent it from happening again.

Yet again a co-op didn’t give me all my ordered items and didn’t tell just-eat. (They should notify if an item wasn’t there) I won’t ever go to co-op again it happens too often
