Tuesday 13 August 2024Delivery is always in time from this coop. Sadly this time I had the menthol filter tips missing from it. I decided to submit the complaint later, meanwhile the days have past and I had no problem with following orders until today again! If out of every four orders an item goes missing and no refunds happen I am not sure whom to blame: Coop or Just eat?! This is not good at all!!! As today’s order had a missing item AGAIN, I feel the need to inform others to be aware.

This order has no missing items, yet I was hopeful the missing item ( Ye Olde Oak Hot Dog can) from today’s previous order /delivery would have been included, as they were placed 5 minutes within each other. Probably nobody noticed their mistake.

Tuesday 13 August 2024I order often from this Co-op, yet the last few times I have had missing items. Called the coop and the lady who packed the order apologised as it was her mistake. Instead of 1 pack of four Heinz tomatoe soup and got only 1 can. She said a refund would be sorted. I have received no contact neither from Just eat, nor coop for this refund. Two weeks have gone by meanwhile. Today out of two cans of Ye Olde Oak American Hot Dogs only one was received. I hope this is not happening to other customers!
