Ordered a beef lasagna and received a vegetable lasagna, so was sent the wrong item, happened with my last order too. I have ordered caramel dairy milk ice cream and received plain dairy milk ice cream please ensure that you are sending customers the right items before they get sent out.

My order totalling £16 never arrived, although states it has been delivered! Wish I had looked through these reviews before placing my order. Seems to be a common theme going on here! Where are the drivers taking these orders after picking them up? Coop etc need to check these drivers and get then to show I.d when picking up orders from the shop. Complete waste of my money tonight, hope i get a full refund.
