Sunday 01 September 2024They refunded the only juice in my order, a promo bottle that I bought extra to get, didn't offer a replacement and didn't try to contact me about a replacement. so either I have to pay again for another delivery or get the kids ready and walk 20mins to the shops. delivery driver didn't speak more than a handful of English and when I tried to deal with it at the door he walked away in the middle of talking as he couldn't understand. horrible service from both the store and delivery.

Thursday 29 August 2024Order delivered wrong. Only advice was to go back on app and ask for refund. So I’ll get my order refunded but not my delivery fee, tip etc. not a good resolution. They need to take more responsibility and fix at the time. Very disappointing. How hard is it to deliver 2 things?
