Good morning. The Little Things: I got melted butter-oil all over my hands because the butter wasn't clingfilmed (as requested); messy. I know it's hard, but please fight to maintain the years-long, VERY high standard you achieved. I'm on YOUR side!😀

Ive eaten at this restaurant and had this exact meal and it was so nice but today I got it delivered for the first time and I was shocked to find the pancakes were burnt, what was meant to ackee and salt was just a load of fried onions and carrots disgusted as ackee and salt fish and how it was packaged was poor as well, it was all thrown in a small cardboard box which made the pancakes very soggy by the time it arrived. I'm very disappointed, I will not be ordering for delivery from here again.

Usually, piping hot food delivered really quickly. Today's order delivered just as quickly but - Beans: Paid for, but not delivered. Mixed-temperature Full English: Stone cold mushrooms, warm scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and tomato. Hope it's just an 'off' day'?
